(1961 – Dutch nationality) is an innovative Human Resources pioneer. From 1986 onwards he had HR positions at Makro Zbg (Metro AG), management positions at HR service providers, interim HR- and HR project management functions incl. at CSC (IT-Market), Unilever, Brunel, Waterschap Rijn en IJssel, A&A Accounting, Metro AG (international) and he was CEO of his own HR service company. In his most recent project he was HR Manager/competence manager for the consortium Ballast Nedam, Strukton, Strabag, John Laing for MAVA-project ( re-structurering of the motorway A15 , one of the largest infrastructure projects in the Netherlands).
